    Disaster Relief

Disaster relief refers to the humanitarian response and assistance provided to individuals and communities affected by natural or man-made disasters. This assistance aims to meet the immediate needs of those impacted, alleviate suffering, and aid in recovery efforts. Disaster relief typically includes various forms of support, such as food, water, medical care, shelter, and essential supplies.

Relief efforts can be organized by government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), international organizations, and community groups. Disaster relief operations also often involve coordinated responses to ensure efficient delivery of aid, involving logistics, assessment of needs, and management of resources.

The goal of disaster relief is to help survivors regain stability, restore their livelihoods, and rebuild their lives, while also addressing the short-term and long-term impacts of the disaster.
